Jenna, Clark, this is all for you guys. I tried to document the whole day for you. Mom and Dad left about 9:00 this morning to head back home. I must admit as soon as I closed the front door, I lay my head on Lanier's shoulder and cried. Three days just wasn't enough.
At least I get to celebrate my anniversary in two days! :) Actually, in three weeks but two days sounds better....
We had Brunch/Lunch with the Halls. The menu consisted of sausage, grits, and breakfast tacos made with chorizo and eggs. Mom and I had chopped up rutabaga, sweet potato, butternut squash and red onion. Should have cooked it at my house before going there b/c it wasn't ready until we were done eating, and by then all we wanted was pie.
OMG you can see the steam coming off of it!
Hannah playing Coldplay songs..
Poor Shadow...he wanted him some chorizo.
Sophie threatening the pies:
Saying the blessing:
And off to Pam and Arnold's we went!
Wesley, Elizabeth, Dylan and Marley
Bonnie, Joa, Zena and Zara

What we did all afternoon...
Oh yes. I shot, too.
The most ridiculous sight you will ever see:
Dad killed. He nailed every single one, I think. It was amazing.
That's David Rone, by the way, pulling the skeet. He's Arnold's son from his first marriage.
Go, Aunt Pam!!
You can actually see the pigeon exploding in this one:
Sophie wanted to pull one for her dad:
Merry Christmas from Texas!
Well that's all I got. Didn't take a single picture of Grandmother on Christmas Day. I'm sorry. We ate way too much and watched tons of movies. There was actually frost on the ground this morning--it's finally gotten cold here.
I'll upload these for printing later if you guys want any.
